Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For customers in Norway and other countries, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
